Terms of service.

These terms are a contract between you and Athanor Works LLC, the Texas limited liability company that operates Built Web. By starting a subscription you agree to them.

The service

Built Web designs, builds, and hosts a website for your business for $79 per month plus any applicable sales tax. The subscription includes site design and copywriting, hosting with SSL, mobile friendly layout, on page and local SEO (page titles, descriptions, structured data, and search engine indexing), a contact form and click to call setup, ongoing maintenance and security updates, and reasonable content edits requested by you.

Trial and billing

New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start. If you do not add a payment method by the end of the trial, the subscription simply ends and the site comes down; you owe nothing. After the trial, billing is monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically.

Cancellation

Cancel any month, no fee, through the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. When the subscription ends we take the site down.

Your content, our code

You own your business content: your name, logo, photos, and text you provide. You give us permission to use them on your site. We own the site code, templates, and design system, and we license them to you for as long as you subscribe. If you registered your own domain, it is yours; we will never hold a domain hostage.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the content you give us is accurate, is yours to use, and complies with the law and with any licensing rules for your trade. Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

No warranties, limited liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep your site fast and online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular business result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the total liability of Athanor Works LLC for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts of Hidalgo County, Texas.

Changes
